DATABLUE EASYMED CALLER ID APPLICATION DATA PRIVACY

DataBlue manages and operates the websites datablue.gr, datablue.com.gr, easy-med.eu and easy-med.gr.

This page is used to inform visitors about the data policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in case someone wishes to use our service (Easymed Caller ID application).

If you choose to use our application, then you agree to the collection and use of data in connection with this policy. The personal data we collect is used to provide and improve the application. We will not use or disclose your information to anyone other than as described in this text.

Collection and Use of information

To use files from your Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox, the app will ask you to sign in to your Google Drive/ OneDrive/ Dropbox account. The information we collect is used only to access your files and is not shared with third parties.

Easymed Caller ID needs to:

• Navigate to your file directories in your Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox

• Download the selected file

We will have access to the Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox account so you can select the file that will be downloaded by our application. Our application simply creates a graphical user interface that browsers the Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox folders enabling you to select the file you want. The application then saves the location of the selected file. The selected file is downloaded at a frequency specified according to your needs (e.g. every 8 hours) in order to get an updated version of that file. The data extracted from the file are stored in the application database inside a private directory. Note: We do not create, delete or modify your files in any way.

Application and use

Easymed Caller ID enables the user to view a summary of the information held in the Easymed application that is installed on his computer (in Windows environments). Enabling the user to always have a part of the database of the installed Easymed application with them on their mobile phone, enables them to access data of their contacts / clients during a phone call. The user is also given a graphical interface to see which calls were made and with what data of the Easymed windows application. The data displayed is only what the same user has stored on his computer about his/her contacts / customers, such as birthdays, recommendation, notes, etc.

Security

We value your trust in trusting us with your personal information and therefore we use all means possible to protect it. Specifically, our application does not store the username / password of your Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox. However, remember that no method of exchanging data over the internet, or any method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, so we can not guarantee its complete security.
